Jai Poonam Nagar Co-Op Housing Society, situated at Mira Bhayandar (E), Dist. Thane – 401105, has decided to undergo a redevelopment project for the society.
Shilp Associates has been appointed as the Redevelopment Project Management Consultant (PMC) to guide the society through the entire process. The decision to undertake redevelopment was passed as a resolution in the special general body meeting held on 7th May 2025.
Track each stage of the redevelopment journey, from the first resolution to the final handover.

A 12-member redevelopment committee was formed on 7th June 2025.
